Shipping Policy


FREE SHIPPING on all orders $97 or more (excluding PST and GST), furniture included (dock to dock, commercial). Orders under $97 incur a charge of $7.95 for shipping.

iBuyOfficeSupply.ca delivers to the areas noted in the map below:



Most office products ship by Purolator and are available to most areas marked in blue above. Furniture or other items that require shipment via truck are available in limited delivery areas (email us at customerservice@ibuyofficesupply.ca with questions). You will see every product's shipping method noted on their product pages, whether via Purolator or Truck.

Residential delivery is unavailable in some areas. If this is the case with your order we will contact you.

Delivery Times

Orders placed before 2:00 pm local time usually ship the same business day. In most cases you'll receive your order within 1-3 days (week days). Products requiring shipment via truck will take a few days extra for delivery.

Truck Deliveries

To Business Addresses: Truck shipments are dock to dock (or tailgate delivery where the driver brings the item to the rear of the truck but will not assist further) and do not include inside delivery. Inside delivery and/or setup is available in some major metropolitan areas for an additional fee. Be sure to include all details necessary for quote including products you're interested in, quantities, and delivery information. Delivery appointments are not available for truck deliveries, however we can request that the delivering company contact you before attempting delivery. Signatures are require for all truck deliveries. Truck deliveries are made during normal business hours only.

To Residential Addresses: Truck shipments are "dock to dock", or tailgate/curbside delivery. Inside delivery is not available for residential addresses or home offices. DAMAGE CLAIMS or missing item claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery. DO NOT DISCARD packaging, packing materials, shipping materials for your order. Any item that is not in their original packaging cannot be returned for credit or replacement.
